The Scheduler is responsible for the weekly management of all Agents’ scheduling and day-to-day updates.

Job Responsibilities:

Specific duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Calculating and reporting projections of hours for current and upcoming weeks
  • Meeting with Agents to create and manipulate schedules
  • Communicating to the Manager of Contact Center Operations regarding staffing needs, and with teams in order to fulfill hours on all programs
  • Participating in orientations stressing schedule adherence importance and handling documents associated with scheduling expectations
  • Working with Workforce Optimization to determine areas of opportunity for proper hours coverage
  • Tracking and reporting attendance policy status
  • Communicating schedule changes including agent removals with Operations
  • Maintaining reliable performance is essential
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is an essential job function

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Taking all call outs
  • Scheduling makeup hours
  • Taking time off requests
  • Setting new hire schedules
  • Tracking and reporting personal time abuse
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed


Our Ideal candidate will Possess the following:

  • Comfortable use of Microsoft Excel: ensure accuracy of weekly scheduling reports
  • Exhibit basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator to do so
  • Emphasis on attention to detail and quality
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Display interpersonal skills; be able to amicably communicate with Agents regarding schedule adherence policies, time off requests and more
