We are growing our Client Optimization team and looking to add two full-time Client Optimization Analysts. The team is responsible for strategic planning, and intraday resource management, with the goal of ensuring the company is able to deliver on our client's call handling obligations, performance goals, and fiscal responsibilities.
What You Will Be Doing:
A typical day for a Client Optimization Analyst involves monitoring a group of programs in our 16 contact centers across the country. Communicating with our Operations teams, Client Success Teams to ensure daily goals are met. Analysts generate reports throughout the day, document actions taken to meet daily goals and manage automated emails by creating, deleting and managing accounts along with other responsibilities related to the role.
