DialAmerica is in need of a Human Resources Clerical at our corporate office in Mahwah, NJ (Northern Bergen County). To be successful in this role the candidate must be overall computer proficient with good communication and problem-solving skills. This is a part-time position Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR/Payroll department.
- Assist with communication of benefit programs changes and updates.
- Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Who We Need:
- The ideal candidate will have had some experience in human resources or as an Administrative Assistant.
- An Associates degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required.
- Moderate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required.
