This is a full-time entry level staff role reporting to our corporate office Information Technology Dept. We are willing to train the best fit candidate!
What you will be doing:
- Following established release management guidelines
- Evaluating new software changes for correctness and accuracy
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining comprehensive test cases for new and existing applications
- Working with our Development and Business teams to develop strategies for testing
- Documenting and demonstrating feature enhancements for business operations and end users
- Reviewing applications’ user interfaces and provide feedback regarding user experience issues
- Collaborating with project owner(s) to create and refine product and sprint backlogs
- Validating application deployments to various environments
- Assisting in triaging and prioritizing new bugs and issues
- Participating in code reviews
What we are looking for:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
- Good time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Enjoys analyzing and problem solving issues
- Some prior experience or knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, SQL desired but not necessary
- Experience or knowledge of DevOps / Git desired but not necessary
- Light penetration testing ability
- Knowledge of Chrome/Edge Developer Tools
- Familiarity of Open Web Security Testing Guide (OWASP)
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience with software testing and documentation is a plus.
